Sign the petition: Stop The Nigerian Senate From Making Under-Age Marriage The Law!

I have signed the petition. I do not support the underage marriage thing at all.
Here are my thoughts:
A child is a child and should have the freedom to enjoy childhood and grow without the lurking eyes of predators looking for an underage to wed. Marriage is for the matured and it should stay that way. Children wedded underage end up with more psychological trauma than they can bear. They will be abused. This cannot be!

You should also sign the petition “United Nations: Stop The Nigerian Senate From Making Under-Age Marriage The Law!” on Change.org.
