A flying bicycle made its debut flight this week in the Czech Republic.
It may not have flown high, far or for a long time — but it flew.
The bicycle’s public debut took place at an exhibition hall in the Czech Republic’s capital of Prague. A non-human model rode the bicycle while someone operated it with a remote control.
The bicycle uses six propellers that look like fans to lift it into the air. It’s powered by batteries.
Three Czech companies collaborated on the flying bike.
Currently, flight time for the bicycle is limited to 5 minutes.
