Ronaldinho Linked with a potential move to QPR

Queens Park Rangers have been linked with a shock move for Ronaldinho ahead of the new season.

Harry Redknapp's side are preparing for life back in the Premier League following their promotion back to the top-flight and are looking at signing Ronaldinho.

The 34-year-old has not played in Europe since leaving AC Milan for his homeland in 2010, and is currently playing for Atletico Mineiro in Brazil.

His dazzling skills and
set-piece precision would get fans off their seats but QPR have to make sure they don't make the same mistakes as two years ago.

In 2012, they brought in big name signings such as Esteban Granero and Julio Cesar ahead of their Premier League campaign but were ultimately relegated.

The club have bounced straight back into the top-flight following relegation in 2013 and need to make sure they retain their status this time around.

Ronaldinho has reportedly been offered a one-year deal to be a part of Harry Redknapp's side this season, as the 2005 Ballon D'Or winner could be set for a chance in the Premier League before his illustrious career comes to an end.

Having lifted both the Champions League and World Cup, Ronaldinho would add invaluable experience to the side, but his lack of knowledge of the English game would surely make his signing a gamble.

Would Ronaldinho be a wise move for QPR?
