Nigerian International and Super Eagles striker, John Utaka has made his debut in the motion
pictures industry. He was featured in aa new movie titled 'Battered' which premiers at the
Odeon Cinema in Greenwich London, on September 28, 2013.
Produced by Fatima Jabbe and co-directed by veteran actor, Lanre Balogun, Battered also
features Theodora Ibekwe, Yvonne Hays, Collin Archer Pearce, Atto Erick, Marie Gomez; Nana
Churcher, Tim Uche, Lanre Balogun; DJ Ozzy to mention a few.
It would be recalled that the likes of Emmanuel Babayaro, Osaze Odemwingie and Obafemi
Martins made cameo appearances in some movies several years ago.
